2.2 Minecraft information
- Your Minecraft username and UUID.
- In‑game activity and server logs reasonably necessary to operate and moderate the server (for example, join/leave times, certain commands, and server‑side events).

2.3 Discord information
When you link your Discord account, we may receive:
- Your Discord user ID, username, and discriminator.
- Your Discord avatar and membership/role information for CozyCubes‑related Discord servers used for verification and moderation.

2.4 Whitelist applications and community content
- Information you submit in your whitelist application (for example, age range, playstyle preferences, time zone, prior experience, and open‑ended responses).
- Forum posts, chat messages, support requests, and other content you submit in connection with the Services.

2.5 Payment‑related information (via Tebex)
We use Tebex Limited ("Tebex") as the checkout provider and merchant of record for our store.

When you make a purchase, your payment and billing data are collected and processed directly by Tebex and its payment processors under Tebex’s own terms and privacy policy. CozyCubes does not receive your full payment card number, bank account number, or other sensitive payment details.

From Tebex, we receive limited information about transactions related to the CozyCubes store, such as:
- your Minecraft username and/or UUID;
- your Discord ID (if provided);
- the items purchased, transaction amounts, and dates; and
- technical identifiers needed to link purchases to in‑game entitlements.

We use this information only to apply and manage your in‑game benefits, handle server‑side support, and address fraud or abuse related to the Services. For questions or rights requests regarding payment data itself (including refunds and chargebacks), you should contact Tebex using the details provided in the Tebex checkout and terms.

2.6 Technical and usage data
- IP address, approximate location based on IP, browser type, and device information.
- Server‑side logs of requests to our website and server, including error logs.
- Basic analytics about site usage (for example, pages visited and referring URLs), where implemented.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically via the Services, or from integrated third‑party services such as Discord and Tebex.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

3.1 Provide and maintain the Services
- Create, manage, and secure your account.
- Process whitelist applications and manage whitelist status.
- Operate, secure, and maintain the Minecraft server, website, and related integrations.

3.2 Moderation and safety
- Enforce our Terms of Service and Community Rules.
- Detect and respond to cheating, griefing, harassment, or other violations.
- Protect users, the community, and our infrastructure.

3.3 Communication
- Send you service‑related messages such as whitelist decisions, rule updates, or downtime notices.
- Respond to your support requests, reports, and feedback.

3.4 Improvement and analytics
- Understand how the Services are used.
- Debug issues, improve performance, and plan new features or community events.

3.5 Legal and compliance
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

When you link your Discord account or participate in CozyCubes‑related Discord servers, relevant data (such as your Discord ID and roles) is shared with Discord and any bots or integrations used for verification, whitelisting, and moderation. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s own terms and privacy policy.

5.3 Tebex and payment processors
When you purchase items from the CozyCubes store, your payment and billing information is handled by Tebex and its payment processors. We receive only limited transaction information from Tebex as described in Section 2.5.

5.4 Other users
Certain information, such as your username, in‑game activity, and User Content (for example, chat messages and forum posts), may be visible to other users within the server, on the website, or on related Discord servers.

5.5 Legal and safety
We may disclose information to law enforcement, regulators, or other parties if we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
- comply with a legal obligation or lawful request;
- protect the safety of any person;
- protect our rights or property; or
- investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.

5.6 Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to protections consistent with this Policy.

We do not sell personal data for money or share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in certain privacy laws.

When data is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it, subject to any legal requirements that require a longer retention period.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
